We are growing quickly, but we strive to give each customer the same level of service they would expect at a local shop in their neighborhood. Information about Ordering: Please remember that each product we offer is unique, authentic, and individually handcrafted, so no two items are exactly the same.
How to Select & Pay For Our Crafts: Our products are listed on the various pages broken down by craft type [ie. quilts, ceramics, etc], and nation of origin. Once you are ready to order simply click the CCNOW "Add to shopping cart" button to use any major credit card or PayPal. Each time you click an item it will be added to your shopping cart. Once you are finished shopping, select the "Check out" button and your order will be totaled and you will be walked through the payment and shipping process. You will be prompted to provide the credit card or PayPal and shipping information we need to get the items to you. You can also provide special notes concerning your order. After you submit your order, you will receive an email from CCNOW confirming your purchase. We will follow up with an email confirming shipment. We Thank You For Your Order!

Greeting Cards: We will be happy to send a card with your order if you are purchasing one of our crafts as a gift. Simply note what you want us to write on the card in the additional comments section of the online order form. Our cards are made from handmade paper and are made by an Indian cooperative.

Guarantee/Returns and Exchanges: We are quite confident that you will love the handcrafted items you purchase from us! However, if you are dissatisfied in any way, you may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price or replace the item. Wholesale Purchasing and Prices: To assist the cooperatives, we would like to create as many distribution channels as possible. If you would like to offer any of our crafts in your store, or through your organization or place of worship, please email us for wholesale prices and policies.
Custom Orders: We handle custom and special orders on a regular basis [for instance: custom size quilts & pillow covers]. Custom orders typically ship in 30 to 45 days, but your credit card will be charged at the time of the order due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the item. Please email us for details and specific price quotes.
Shipping/Delivery Information: Shipping is free within the continental US and you may choose to have your purchase shipped to a third party. In the US, products will arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping time depends on your delivery location. Orders will be shipped within 1 Business Day unless noted otherwise on the website [occasionally we do staff retreats in Guatemala] and sent via FedEx Ground service. 1, 2, or 3 day shipping options are available by request to email@example.com for an additional charge.
International Shipping: The shipping charge for International Orders should appear in your shopping cart when you check out but if it doesn't please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the rate and length of time for international deliveries [generally 6 to 10 business days], or we will simply email you the amount after we receive your order.

International, HI and AK, PO Box, and APO deliveries will be delivered by the USPS. PO Box orders are sent parcel post, but can be upgraded upon request. Because the post office only insures APO deliveries to the APO address, not the recipient, you are ordering at your own risk. Some nations charge customs duties or VAT on International purchases. Please check with your local Customs or Post Office for more information.

Sold Out Items: We try to keep all items in stock. However, if a product is sold out, we will notify you promptly by email that your choice is unavailable and has been back ordered. We will then notify you of an approximate shipping date. If you have ordered several items, and one item is back ordered, we will send the in-stock items and inform you when the back ordered item is available.
Washing Instructions: Please write us at email@example.com if you have any specific questions, but generally we suggest hand washing or dry cleaning of the embroidered Guatemalan items on this web site to prevent pulls in the embroidery. The antique Indian items are fragile and should only be spot washed.
Pricing: We offer these wonderful crafts to you at a price that is well below the price of comparable hand-crafted items available in the US, and often even below the price of comparable machine-made products. We do this in order to expand the market for the cooperatives' crafts as quickly as possible so that we can establish a regular ordering cycle and ensure them a consistent source of income.
Sales Tax: Because CCNOW [WHICH is LOcated in MN], handles our credit card & Pay Pal transactions as our reseller and selling agent, no sales taxes are due on your purchase except for customers in the state of MN. MN customers will be charged sales tax during the check-out process.
