Notice: FTQ&Cs is now Illuminate, with the same Fair Trade Mission, many of the same products, working with the same artisan cooperatives.
We strive to give each customer the same level of service they would expect at a local shop in their neighborhood. Please just call or email us if you have any questions about our products or the policies outlined below. Thanks for shopping with us and for supporting Fair Trade!
Handmade Goods: Please remember that each product we offer is unique, authentic, and individually handcrafted, so no two items are exactly the same.
Information about Ordering: Our products are listed on the various pages broken down by craft type [ie. quilts, pillow covers, etc], and nation of origin. If you would like to order please note the link to our Amazon store beside each product. If you prefer. you may also order from our Illuminate store here: Illuminate .
Made to order items: We inventory many of our crafts in the United States, but some of our products must be made to order by the artisans in Guatemala. Those will generally ship within 4 to 6 weeks after you place your order.

Guarantee/Returns and Exchanges: We are quite confident that you will love the handcrafted items you purchase from us! However, if you are dissatisfied in any way, you may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price or replace the item. Washing Instructions: Please write us at email@example.com if you have any specific questions, but generally we suggest hand washing or dry cleaning of the embroidered Guatemalan items on this web site to prevent pulls in the embroidery. The antique Indian & Pakistani items are fragile and should only be spot washed.
